ETA (Electronic Title Application)

On September 6, we began experiencing problems with the transmission of ETA transactions. Our IT team has been working diligently to resolve these issues, and have temporarily ceased any new transaction submissions at this time. A follow-up broadcast will be issued once the system is fully activated.

DLR System Issues

The Dealer Licensing (DLR) system has been undergoing an upgrade since August 19th. As a result, we are experiencing system difficulties. If you have trouble entering the system, please try it at a later time in the day. If you are trying to report temporary tags, we are aware you may not be able to report within the 24-hour guideline.
